  • Accurate and timely documentation in medical records

Responsabilités

  • Collaborate with physician and preceptor to implement and evaluate nursing care plans
  • Perform ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families
  • Develop nursing care plans with diagnoses, orders, interventions and discharge planning
  • Participate as part of interdisciplinary team in rehabilitation goals
  • Ensure medical record documentation is complete and timely
