We are recruiting for the Summer 2025 cohort, starting July 21, 2025. If you graduate after that date or will not take your NCLEX in time, consider applying for our Fall 2025 Cohort.

Our New Graduate RN Residency Program offers a comprehensive 12-month curriculum focusing on leadership, patient outcomes, and professional development, supported by leaders and mentors to help you succeed as a nursing professional.

Experience different shifts, patient populations, and unit cultures across Colorado, western Kansas, and Utah. Pathways include Critical Care (ICU), Emergency, Intermediate Care, Med/Surg, NICU, OR, and Women’s Services.

In This Position You Will

  • Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with healthcare teams and patients/families to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Promote patient health, well-being, and safety through the nursing process, adhering to standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care and organizational values.

Qualifications

Bring humankindness daily and meet these qualifications:

Education Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or endorsement accepted.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates.

Licenses/Certification Requirements

  • RN License required two weeks prior to start; valid license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.

Physical Requirements

  • Medium Work capacity—exerting up to 50lbs occasionally, 20lbs frequently, 10lbs constantly.
