Qualifications

• Texas nursing license or permit to practice in TX.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments.
• De-escalation training within 90 days of hire.
• Ongoing demonstration of clinically pertinent competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care following facility policies.
• Leads and supports the healthcare team in patient care.
• Delivers patient-centered care focusing on safety and service excellence.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates age-appropriate care plans.
