Job summary

Sanford Health in Luverne, MN is looking for a positive, compassionate new graduate RN to join our Nurse Residency program and grow within our not-for-profit health system.

The position is full-time (32 hours per week) with 8-hour rotating shifts. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants. Candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold an unencumbered RN license; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered RN license required; multistate licensure possibilities if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, and triage.
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Empathetically cares for patients throughout preventive services, diagnosis and treatment.
• Demonstrates nursing competency with full scope of practice.
