Sanford Health in Luverne, MN is hiring new graduate RNs for full-time, rotating shifts in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will join a team focused on high-quality patient care and will have access to an accredited Nurse Residency Program and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practicing.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Cares for patients during preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Demonstrates competency using comprehensive nursing expertise.
