New Grad RN Nurse Residency All Specialties

Research Medical Center is seeking New Grad RN Nurse Residents across all specialties in Olathe, KS.

Overview

We are currently recruiting recent nursing graduates and upcoming graduates from January to June 2025. You may begin orientation pending your NCLEX results.

The HCA Healthcare Residency Program is a year-long, comprehensive program designed to develop your clinical and critical thinking skills through hands-on training, educational sessions, mentorship, simulations, and evidence-based projects.

Program Details

The residency provides advanced clinical training, monthly education, preceptorship, simulation assessments, mentorship, and team collaboration on evidence-based projects.

Start Dates: 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient conditions and monitor changes
  • Perform procedures and document care
  • Administer medications and monitor responses
  • Respond promptly to patient needs and requests
  • Educate patients and families about care and treatment

Qualifications:

  • BLS certification within 30 days of hire
  • ACLS certification within 1 year of hire
  • Completed or in-progress Nursing degree (Associate or Bachelor’s)
  • RN or Graduate Nurse license (pending NCLEX)
  • No prior experience required
  • Must be local to Kansas City; travel for training may be required for initial weeks
