Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care and clinical support in accordance with MA Board of Registration in Nursing standards. The role includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination across the care continuum.

Graduate with an Associate degree in nursing or BSN (BSN preferred); if no BSN, enrollment in a BSN program within one year of hire is required and must complete by the end of the four-year anniversary.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required or BSN preferred.
• If no BSN, must enroll in BSN within a year and complete by the end of the four-year anniversary.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, intervention, evaluation and coordination of care.
