Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Current Arizona RN license or compact state licensure.
• Experience with EPIC EHR or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient assessment and coordinates direct patient care.
• Performs charting and documentation.
• Performs teaching to patient and family in preparation for discharge home.
• Provides communication to the healthcare team.
• Other duties as assigned.
