Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Associate's Degree or higher.
• 1+ years related nursing experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Other credentials as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and direct patient care as part of the inpatient team.
• Educate patients and families and manage transitions of care.
• Delegate tasks to care team based on skill, acuity, and resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate across care levels.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical committees.
