Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin Emergency Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a 22-bed unit with surge capacity and specialized certifications. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, administering care, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Orientation is tailored to ensure success. The role requires an active RN license with CPR certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC) and a BSN preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance and quality initiatives.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitors conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with care team.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per protocols.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Float to other units as needed.
