Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health in Sheboygan, WI seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide evidence-based patient-centered care on a new inpatient unit. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, advocate for patients, and participate in quality initiatives across neurological and med/surg care.

The role includes 3 twelve-hour shifts per week (days or nights), weekend and holiday coverage, and eligibility for a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state.
• BLS required (additional certifications may be required based on specialty)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care for patients requiring short-term monitoring and evaluation.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while engaging patients and families.
• Use evidence-based practices and quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• Identify risks and maintain a safe care environment.
• Float to other units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
