Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Graduate Nurse to start as a New Grad RN. You will complete orientation through a dedicated preceptorship, learn unit-specific workflows, and begin delivering care under experienced guidance.

Qualified graduates from an accredited ADN or BSN program who obtain BLS within 14 days are invited to apply; prior healthcare experience such as nurse extern or nurse tech is preferred. We support your growth and lifelong learning.

Job Requirements:

• Expected graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Previous nurse extern, nurse tech, or other healthcare experience
