Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is recruiting a Graduate Nurse (New Grad RN) to join our team in Cushing, OK. The hospital is a 99-bed community-owned facility offering a range of services, with a robust orientation program and strong support from management and education staff.

The New Grad RN will complete a thorough preceptorship and ongoing education, gaining experience across nursing practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

The hospital offers 24-hour emergency services, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology and more. In 2025, the hospital added inpatient behavioral health services.

Job Requirements:

• Expected graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Previous nurse extern, nurse tech, or other healthcare experience
