Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Experience: New Grad.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license and CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Responsabilités

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
• Perform age and disease specific assessments independently.
• Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status.
• Identify patient/family education needs based on age and disease.
• Develop a patient-centered plan of care with specific goals/outcomes.
• Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively.
• Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning technologies.
• Evaluate progress toward attainment of patient outcomes.
• Adhere to established protocols and document care accurately.
