Summary:
The Nurse Extern is responsible for the delivery of patient care and teaching through the nursing process. The Nurse Extern directs and guides activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing and the established policies and procedures of the organization. Assists in the provision of care to patients of all age groups.

This RN will independently care for and perform dialysis on patients in the dialysis unit as well as at the bedside.
