Responsibilities

• Performs pre-treatment vascular evaluation.
• Records pre/post dialysis evaluation, vitals and treatments.
• Performs vascular access cannulation and reports difficulties.
• Initiates dialysis treatment per orders under supervision.
• Monitors patient response and documents changes.
• Obtains lab specimens and prepares for collection.
• Maintains clean, safe dialysis environment and equipment.
• Enters treatment data into designated clinical systems.
