Select Medical is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Acute Care setting in Granville, WV. This position is for new graduates and includes a 6-6:30 schedule with day or night shifts. Compensation starts at $37.16 per hour with additional night/weekend differentials and a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

• Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS required at hire.
• Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate the plan of care with the physician and preceptor.
• Assess physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families.
• Develop nursing care plans with identified problems, diagnoses and goals.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure medical records are complete, accurate and timely.
