Advocate Health’s 9ST Cardiac Surgical unit in Milwaukee is seeking new graduate nurses to join a dedicated team delivering specialized cardiac care.

You’ll begin with a two-phase orientation, gain experience from bedside to post-op heart transplant and VAD care, and be supported to grow through teamwork, evidence-based practice, and continuous learning. New grads are welcome; licensed RNs with BLS are encouraged to apply and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
