Job summary

Kindred Hospital Northland in Kansas City is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. This role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for new graduates and involves providing high-quality patient care through assessment and care planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising nursing care, developing care plans, and participating in patient discharge processes. Experience in Medical/Surgical nursing is preferred, alongside strong organizational skills and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary certificate from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required upon hire.
• Six months of Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Communicates changes in patient condition with physicians and team.
• Participates in orientation and training of new personnel.
