Responsibilities

• Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and directing other healthcare staff in providing safe, effective care.
• Evaluates nursing practice quality and supports patient goals.
• Ensures safety guidelines and work practices are followed.
• Directs patient care, participates in hourly rounding and supervision of team members.
