Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring Physical Therapists in the Greater Columbia area, SC. Newly graduated therapists can join our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program to receive hands-on mentorship while gaining independence.

Ideal candidates are SC-licensed or soon-to-be-licensed PTs, with CPR certification and a passion for patient-centered care. The role focuses on high-quality, 1:1 care with flexible scheduling and robust clinical support.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in South Carolina
• Graduate from an accredited PT program
• Current CPR Certification
• Exceptional patient service delivery and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Basic computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, 1:1 physical therapy sessions (60 minutes) to patients.
• Manage a feasible caseload (about 6–8 patients per day) with hands-on mentorship.
• Collaborate with a mentor and clinical team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Participate in the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program to develop autonomy and confidence.
