Symbotic LLC is seeking a New Grad- Project Manager to join our External Manufacturing organization. You will support project coordination across manufacturing programs while developing cross-functional experience to grow into a program management role.

You’ll work with experienced PMs, vendors, and cross-functional partners to keep work moving, participate in meetings, and support initiatives across automation, product introduction, and conveyors. Onsite at supplier sites is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Interest in developing a career in project or program management within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with project and productivity tools such as Jira, Microsoft Excel, or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to collaborate across functions including quality, logistics, procurement, planning, suppliers, and manufacturing.
• Ability to work onsite in the Detroit, Michigan area 3 to 5 days per week and spend time working in manufacturing environments.
• Willingness to support different product lines or functional areas based on business and project needs.

What we do

The External Manufacturing team works across suppliers and manufacturing programs supporting areas such as automation, steel and structural components, bots, new product introduction, conveyors, and battery swap initiatives. Our Environment

Up to 25% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client locations and company HQ. Employees may be required to use a personal credit card for business travel expenses, which are reimbursed based on the program guidelines. Eligible employees may receive a corporate credit card based on role and travel requirements, but a personal credit card may be needed during onboarding until the corporate card is issued.

The base range for this position in the posted location is $82,000.00 - $95,000.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
