Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or newly certified PMHNP-BC with 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Must hold an active Florida APRN license and national board certification as PMHNP.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in psychiatric care and medication management for patients of all ages.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical documentation skills.
• Committed to compassionate, patient-centered mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and brief psychotherapeutic interventions.
• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions.
• Administer injections for LAIs when necessary (infrequent).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies.
• Provide documentation of the services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay current with advancements in psychiatry through continuing education and professional development.
