Responsibilities

• Assess patients by taking histories, performing examinations, and ordering tests as indicated.
• Diagnose conditions and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Document care in the electronic medical record promptly and accurately.
• Provide patient education and counseling to support wellness and follow-up.
