BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking new graduate Physical Therapists to start their careers in Wilmington, DE.

You will receive structured orientation, clinical support, and mentorship to transition from classroom to independent practice while delivering one-on-one care to adults and geriatric clients in homes. Our team emphasizes compassionate patient relationships, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical education.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$65 - $72 per point ($84,500-$93,600 annual earning potential)
