BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking new graduate Physical Therapists to join our team in Greenville, NC, delivering one-on-one home health services with mentorship and strong clinical support.

You will work with adult and geriatric clients, building confidence and transitioning from student to independent practitioner. We offer structured orientation, encouragement of professional development, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay, with mileage reimbursement and supportive interdisciplinary

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and assess patients’ functional status and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients’ homes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
