Job summary

Pediatric Home Service is seeking compassionate registered nurses to provide skilled care in home and school settings for medically complex children. You will work closely with families, educators, and the care team to deliver high-quality pediatric nursing and DME services while supporting families and keeping patients safe at home and in school settings.

Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications treatments and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach ventilator airway and G tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
