Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Greater Charleston, SC invites new graduate Occupational Therapists to join our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, a career-launching path that blends mentorship with independence.

You will work on a 1:1 care model, delivering 60-minute sessions with a manageable caseload of 6–8 patients per day, while enjoying a flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits designed to support your growth as a clinician.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in South Carolina (or eligible)
• Graduate from an accredited OT program
• Current CPR Certification
• Exceptional patient service delivery and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Basic computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, 1:1 occupational therapy sessions (60 minutes)
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 patients per day
• Deliver patient-centered care with strong clinical excellence and professional growth
