Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Virginia.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required on designated units.
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to learn in a structured residency.

Responsibilities

• Complete a one-year paid residency with unit-based preceptorship.
• Develop clinical reasoning, leadership and evidence-based practice skills.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders and staff in a teaching hospital environment.
• Maintain required certifications and participate in cohort sessions.
