Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency invites student nurses to join a Graduate Nurse recruitment program that offers pathways across hospitals and nursing specialties, supporting new graduates in transitioning to professional practice with hands-on patient care.

You will perform assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the health care team while adhering to safety standards and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation.
• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: Additional qualifications or experience in specialized areas such as cardiovascular, critical care, or medical-surgical nursing.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Utilize critical thinking to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, promoting patient-centered care.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, along with ongoing professional development.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment requiring constant alertness.
