Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking novice nurses for our homecare opportunities in the Western MA area. We have full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available. New grad RN’s and LPN’s are encouraged to apply. We offer paid full skills advancement training for high acute care needs involving G Tube, Trach, and Vent care. We also provide supplemental module training and shadow shifts for our novice nurses. No previous homecare experience is required.

Are you a nurse looking to further your education and learn new skills?

Maxim Healthcare Services now offers several training programs for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who want to advance their skill set. These include pediatric, trach, ventilator training, and more! These programs provide caregivers with the training and experience to work confidently in the homecare setting. Previous homecare experience is not required, and new graduate nurses are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.
• Perform other duties as assigned for LPNs and RNs.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the practicing state.
• Current health certificate (per facility requirements).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
