Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in home health setting.
• Follow the patient care plan and document care per agency guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical managers and team for quality patient outcomes.
