They are currently looking for a Factory IT Support Technician to provide support for mobile device operations and manage assets in a contract-based role. This position involves training users, resolving customer support incidents, and ensuring proper management of mobile devices.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Mobile Device operations, provisioning of smartphones, customer support incident resolution, and other support tasks

• Management of assets to include cataloging all smartphones in inventory and making sure they have the appropriate asset tag; and cataloging all assets and their assigned user.

• Training in proper use of smartphones. This may include one-on-one in-person, web-based training, and classroom settings.

• Providing first-level support of all mobile devices including taking help desk requests via phone, email, or IT service management tickets.

• Working with the installation of applications on Smart Phones and the subsequent security settings

Qualifications:

Required:

• An educational background in technology from one, or more, of the following sources:

• An associates degree or higher in information technology

• Military training

• A background of working in a front-facing environment with customers and end-users

• Excellent communication skills

• Be a team member while also being comfortable working independently as needed

• Be solutions oriented

• A desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally

Preferred:

• Personal or professional experience working with technology hands-on (preferred experience working with computer hardware and/or mobile devices)
