Job summary

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional going forward.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (BSOT or MSOT).
• Currently registered/licensed in the applicable state and must maintain an active license.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Follow occupational treatment plans for patients (activities of daily living).
• Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable goals.
• Oversee and evaluate care given by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students.
• Chart appropriately and timely; document progress in therapy software.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
