Job summary

Cenovus Energy’s New Grad Program invites recent graduates to rotate across multiple business areas over three 12-month assignments. The program provides mentorship, exposure to data-driven projects, and early career development in a collaborative environment.

You will join a structured program starting June 2027 or January 2028, with relocation support if needed and a pathway to a permanent role upon completion. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity in the United States.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available to begin work June 2027 or January 2028.
• Engineering undergraduate degree by May 31, 2027, completed 2025 or 2026.
• Strong problem-solving and data proficiency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint)
• Working knowledge of SQL or other query languages.
• High attention to detail and thrives in a team.
• Note: qualify with transferable experience if needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 12-month rotations across Cenovus’s business areas.
• Contribute to data-driven analysis during rotations and projects.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and development opportunities.
