HNTB's Indianapolis, IN office is hiring a New Grad Engineer I to support Water/Wastewater Construction, Survey, and Roadway/Bridge projects. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, with preferred candidates holding a Master's degree or EIT certification.

You will assist in design calculations, reports, and project delivery as part of a collaborative team. The role emphasizes learning a range of engineering processes, software, and field investigations, contributing to infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Familiarity with MS Office; MicroStation and/or AutoCAD preferred.
• Willingness to learn and support design teams across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Supports preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assists in preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
• Supports engineering teams with data collection, field investigations, and design tasks.
