Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Registered Dental Hygiene program.
• Must obtain an active license in Illinois.
• Certification in Local Anesthesia required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a dedicated training process for new graduates.

• Conduct 60-minute recalls and 90-minute new patient exams.

Dentologie Dental Group is hiring kind, patient-focused Dental Hygiene new graduates to join our dynamic team in Chicago, IL!

To ensure a successful start as a new grad, we will provide a dedicated training process in your first 3-4 weeks, allowing you to smoothly transition from school clinicals to our patient schedule and practice environment. You will have additional time with patients during this training period, along with a tenured hygienist to support and encourage you.

As a new graduate joining our incredible hygiene team, you can expect:

• Excellent compensation, starting at $50/hr and growing up to $57/hr with time!
• $3,500 sign-on bonus*
• Monthly Bonus Plan: earn up to an EXTRA $1,000 (an additional $7/hr)!

Education Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Registered Dental Hygiene program from an accredited school
• Must be in the process of obtaining:
• Registered Dental Hygiene degree
• Active Registered Dental Hygiene license within the state of Illinois
• Local Anesthesia certification
