Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or computer science.
- 1+ years of experience on engineering projects (internships/extracurriculars count).
- Graduating in the class of 2026 or 2027.
Responsabilités
- Own automation from concept through commissioning and high-volume production.
- Design, program, and debug PLC and robot systems; measure rate, uptime, and capability.
- Develop end-of-arm tooling, fixtures, and work instructions for floor operators.
- Apply controls, electrical, and machine safety on real equipment.
- Partner with Materials Engineering to test automation for advanced materials and processes.
- Troubleshoot cell and equipment problems on the floor and identify root causes.
- Challenge assumptions and seek simple solutions to complex problems.
