Job summary

Chainguard is seeking an engineering leader to own a portfolio of products end-to-end, including the Guardener, hardened GitHub Actions, Chainguard Agent Skills, and forthcoming microVM-based offerings. You will hire, grow, and mentor a small team of strong engineers, removing blockers to enable their best work.

You will partner closely with Product to define a realistic roadmap with deadlines, navigate ambiguous problems, and take ownership of quality and reliability across the portfolio.
