Nametag is seeking a blended role spanning 50% program management, 30% queue traffic control, and 20% L1 support to own the flow from POC to handover to ongoing support.

You will own CX cadence, program artifacts, routing, SLAs, and queue health reporting, plus L1 resolution, runbooks, support platform admin, and AI-powered triage, thriving in undefined processes and owning the problems you notice.
