Job summary

PREMIER Bankcard, LLC in Dakota Dunes, SD is seeking a customer service professional to handle inbound calls, understand product policies, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with on-site work and a starting pay between $17.25 and $19.15 per hour plus monthly incentives.

Training is extensive, up to 3 weeks, with ongoing opportunities for advancement. Bilingual English/Spanish skills add a 10% differential and are optional.

Shift: Varying shift options available
Job Status:Full-Time and Part-Time
Pay: $17.25-19.15/hour starting, additional monthly incentives available

Fluent Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are compensated in the form of a 10% differential. Bilingual skills are not required.

Work Site

This job is offered on-site in Dakota Dunes. Employees must live within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or plan on relocating.

Shift Options

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm, Every Other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm or Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm, Every Other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm

• Part Time: Monday-Friday 2pm-9pm, Every Other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm

• No Sundays!

Pay

Base wage starting at $17.25-19.15/hr. with opportunities to increase take home pay.

• Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives

• Career path from Associate I to Associate IV – each step earning an increase in pay

• Earn up to an additional $3.50/hr. when working non-traditional hours

• Bilingual skills are compensated in the form of a 10% differential
