We are currently seeking a motivated New Construction Salesperson to join our dynamic team and help us continue to grow and deliver outstanding homes.

Job Overview:

As a New Construction Salesperson at Oracle City Homes, you will be responsible for driving sales in our new residential construction projects. Your primary role will be to generate and manage leads, guide clients through the sales process, and help them choose from our available homes or future developments. You will work closely with homebuyers, construction teams, and project managers to ensure clients' needs are met, resulting in successful sales and satisfied homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation & Lead Management: Identify and prospect new clients, generate leads, and drive sales for Oracle City Homes' new construction properties.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with potential buyers to understand their home-buying needs, preferences, and budget, providing tailored solutions and recommendations from our portfolio of new homes.
  • Presentations & Showings: Conduct home showings, virtual tours, and presentations of available properties, explaining features, upgrades, and pricing in detail.
  • Proposal & Contract Preparation: Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, contracts, and financing options to prospective buyers, ensuring full understanding and satisfaction before closing deals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and close deals, providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with current and past clients to encourage referrals and repeat business. Follow up with leads, ensuring timely responses and handling client inquiries.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the construction and design teams to ensure client expectations are met, assist with any post-sale inquiries, and communicate effectively regarding project timelines.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about the local real estate market, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients and stay ahead in a competitive market.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and progress in the company’s CRM system. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and pipeline status.
