Job summary

Premier Plumbers is seeking a skilled New Construction Plumbing Tech for a full-time role in the Sarasota area. You'll earn up to $35 per hour depending on your skills and experience and enjoy benefits like health and life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and vacation after one year.

The position features a Monday–Friday schedule with a 7 AM start, a steady workload, and opportunities to supervise a crew as the commercial division expands across Florida.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of commercial plumbing experience.
• Experience with commercial plumbing trim out (water fountains, eye wash stations, wall hung lavatories, toilets).
• Valid driver's license with towing equipment trailers experience.
• Experience with all three phases of commercial plumbing is preferred.
• Exceptional work ethic (5 minutes early is still late).
• Ability to follow directions and achieve goals.
• Experience threading stainless steel pipe.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew in commercial plumbing projects.
• Travel to Florida locations for job sites.
• Contribute to expansion of the commercial division.
