Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

• Lead daily operations for the residential new construction division.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Develop and improve operational processes to drive efficiency and consistency.

Capacity Planning & Workforce Management:

• Forecast labor needs and develop workforce plans to support production goals.

• Ensure teams have the resources and support needed for successful project completion.

Team Leadership & Culture:

• Directly lead a team of supervisors and sales professionals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coach, mentor, and develop future leaders within the organization.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and employee development initiatives.

Project Execution:

• Oversee scheduling, project timelines, and operational performance.
• Partner with sales and field leadership to align customer commitments with production capacity.
• Identify operational challenges and proactively implement solutions.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

Financial Performance:

• Monitor labor performance and operational KPIs.
• Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Drive accountability around operational and financial results.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience within residential or commercial new construction operations.
• Proven experience managing supervisors, production teams, or operational leaders.
• Strong background in project management, scheduling, and workforce planning.
• Experience with labor forecasting, capacity planning, and operational budgeting.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and create accountability.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
