Guide, support, and convert — helping potential clients understand their options, feel confident in our services, and take the next step toward a better future. ** Work remotely but must live in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area** Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Serve as the trusted first contact for prospective clients • Guide prospects through an empathetic, consultative sales process • Communicate the value of our legal services with clarity and care • Convert leads into signed clients through empathy and expert follow-up • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to optimize the client journey • Track, manage, and follow up with leads via CRM and intake tools • Analyze data to pinpoint areas of opportunity Qualifications: What You Bring: • 3+ years of experience and knowledge of sales techniques and psychology • Experience with consultative, high-emotion, high-value sales (legal, medical, coaching, real estate, etc.) • Demonstrated ability to connect with diverse individuals and earn trust quickly • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a remote environmentStrong follow-up discipline and organizational habits • No legal experience required – we provide full training on our legal services and client process Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
