Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential school and district partners to secure new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educators and school administrators
  • Track and manage sales activities and progress in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and sales techniques
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or territory sales, event management, or customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Sales Automation and Customer Relationship Management software
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including effective presentation abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and team members
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with children’s literature and school activities
  • Previous experience in marketing and merchandising strategy execution
  • Proven leadership abilities and qualities demonstrated in past roles
