Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail or territory sales, event management, or customer service
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience with sales automation or CRM software
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and team members
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to manage multiple priorities
