Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential school and district partners through various outreach methods
  • Qualify prospects and set up appointments for Account Managers

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and track progress towards sales goals in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation strategies and refine sales techniques
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or territory sales, event management, or customer service
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Sales Automation or Customer Relationship Management software
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills with customers and team members
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities
  • Proven leadership abilities and qualities demonstrated in previous roles
  • Experience in marketing and merchandising strategy and execution
