What to Expect (Responsibilities)
  • Research and identify potential school and district partners; initiate outreach via calls, emails, and social media
  • Qualify prospects to understand their needs and schedule appointments for Account Managers
  • Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators, emphasizing the value of Book Fairs
  • Manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation and refine sales techniques
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, event management, or customer service
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience with sales automation and CRM software
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and colleagues
