What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and identify potential school and district partners through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Qualify leads by understanding prospects' needs and interests in hosting Book Fairs, and set up appointments with Account Managers
- Establish and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote Scholastic Reading Events
- Manage and update records of interactions in the CRM system, tracking progress toward sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach strategies and improve lead generation efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or territory sales, event management, and customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office software and familiarity with Sales Automation and Customer Relationship Management tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for relationship building with peers, customers, and internal teams
